In 2009 Bohlsener Mühle has 3 production areas:

First of all our historical watermill, our most beautiful employee even though she has a stately 155 years  on her back. This is where we process our grain, exclusively of certified organic origin and which is used mainly in our own products but is also sold to our customers.

The certified organic bakery – XX people work here almost around the clock to supply fresh baked goods for our customers in Bohlsen and in the region. We deliver our goods daily to Bremen, Hamburg, Hannover and Braunschweig.

The modern industrial oven, our cookie factory,
the youngest child in our company history. This is where we bake our cookies, crackers and our new “Snäckebrot”. Grains, Muesli and mixes are also packaged here and sent on their way. These products are distributed not only throughout Germany, but also as far away as Dubai customers can enjoy products made in Bohlsener Muehle.
